Ripe, juicy blackberries enhanced with Applejack Brandy. This jam reminds me of picking blackberries by the side of the road in Indiana as a kid on Grandma's farm. Back in the kitchen, Grandma would cook them with sugar on the stove until they were jam. We took it one step further and added the Applejack Brandy for a fabulous flavor combination.  As the song goes, "Brandy, you're a fine girl." Outstanding as an ice cream topping or layered in a chocolate cake.
